Florida Style Fish Spread
I had some extra tilapia filets left over last night so what better way to make it last until the following day! I thought it would be harder but the final product tasted EXACTLY like what I pay 12 dollars for at a restaurant.
Ingredients:
2 Tilapia Filets, cooked, cooled, and crushed
2 Tbsp Mayo
2 Tbsp Sour Cream
5 Drops Texas Pete Hot Sauce
7 Drops Worchestire Sauce
1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
4 Slices Jalapenos (we had the kind that's already sliced in a jar), chopped
1 Tbsp Chopped cilantro, if desired
Salt, to taste
Dill, to taste
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Pair with saltines or pita chips.
